We publish the structure rather than making you ask for it. Final pricing depends on route facts — total working time, all miles including deadhead, cargo requirements and response expectations.
Scheduled dedicated routes
A fixed daily or weekly route, run at the same time, by the same courier.
Priced as one clean daily, weekly, or monthly rate calculated from total working time, all vehicle miles including deadhead, tolls, parking, and cargo requirements.
STAT and on-demand
Same-day pickup when something has to move now.
Minimum charge covers the first 10 loaded service miles, then a per-mile rate. Wait time bills after a 10-minute grace period; parking and tolls pass through at cost.
Overflow and late-day coverage
Extra capacity when your volume spikes or the day runs long.
Works alongside your existing carrier rather than replacing it. Useful for end-of-day pickups your primary route has already passed.
Backup Coverage Reserve
Reserved capacity for call-offs and carrier outages, on a monthly retainer.
The retainer buys reserved capacity, a named response zone, a defined availability window, an escalation contact, and a predetermined rate sheet — not unlimited transportation.
Records and supply runs
Scheduled medical records, supplies, and inter-office transfers.
Chain of custody at every transfer, tamper-evident seals where required, and documented proof of delivery.
Legal and B2B same-day
Filings, banking runs, parts, and office deliveries.
Scheduled around the medical route so off-peak capacity stays productive without putting a medical commitment at risk.
How it prices
STAT / on-demand
$65 minimum
- Covers the first 10 loaded service miles
- Then $1.50–$1.75 per loaded mile
- Wait time after 10 minutes: $45/hr
- After-hours, weekend and holiday premium applies
Scheduled route
$225–$300 / day
- One clean daily, weekly or monthly rate
- Calculated from working time and all vehicle miles
- Tolls and parking pass through at cost
- Route changes require a written adjustment
Backup Coverage Reserve
$225–$562.50 / month
- Reserved capacity, not unlimited transportation

Reserve tiers
Alpha Reserve
$225 / month
One defined response zone, business-hours backup availability, predetermined run rates, and a direct escalation contact.
Priority Reserve
Most chosen$393.75 / month
Priority consideration in the assigned zone, business hours plus agreed late-day coverage, predetermined rates, and direct operations escalation.
Command Reserve
$562.50 / month
Highest account priority in the agreed service window, an extended coverage window, a defined escalation procedure, and predetermined run rates with contingency planning.
Every tier reserves capacity and readiness. Completed runs, parking, tolls, waiting, after-hours work and return service remain separately billable unless the agreement expressly bundles them.
Every proposal names one assigned origin zone, the normal response time, the extended area, after-hours terms, how mileage is measured, and how tolls, parking and return trips are treated. We will not quote a response time we cannot hold.
What we don't carry
Not yet, and not without a separate written agreement. Saying so up front is cheaper for everyone than discovering it at a loading dock.
The shipper classifies, packages and labels all cargo. We do not repackage specimens or declare questionable material non-hazardous.
