One thing we will not tell you
That we can respond immediately across Riverside, Long Beach, Orange County and East Los Angeles at the same time. No single-vehicle operation can, and a carrier who says otherwise is describing a promise they will break on the day you actually need it.
What we do instead: every account names one assigned origin zone with a normal response time we can hold, plus an extended area served on a best-efforts basis and quoted separately. If your need falls outside what we can genuinely cover, we will tell you on the first call.
